MARIA, JOSÉ’S BABY SISTER

Maria’s last name is ‘Organic’, José’s is ‘Gourmet’. With only six months of canned life, Maria Organic is following in the successful footsteps of José Gourmet canned food. Sustainable and organic, this new refined product is based on several environmentally friendly principles: it only uses fresh fish from the Atlantic Ocean, traditionally fished off the coast of the Iberian Peninsula; it uses skipjack tuna, because it is a species (as of yet) not threatened; it combines the traditional method of pre-baking with manual production. This is, indeed, a family united by flavour, which requires but a slice of bread to be complete.
